Frederick M. Lehrer is an attorney and counselor at law with a national and international practice focused on securities and corporate law matters. He has represented A-GAME Beverages, Inc. as Securities Counsel since 2020.

Frederick developed his expertise through nine years as an enforcement attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) from 1991 to 2000, including three years serving concurrently as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, followed by more than 25 years in private practice. His practice focuses on federal securities law, SEC compliance, and going-public transactions, advising SEC reporting companies, Alternative Reporting companies, and private companies entering the public markets on a broad range of securities matters.
